To get started, you can click on one of the discussion Pages on the right, or the general comments in the Archives section. To make a comment, click on the words: no comments, or 2 Comments (or however many there are).
That will show the present comments, and give you a box at the bottom to leave your own comment, if you are logged in. To log in, click on the “you must be logged in to post a comment” statement which pops up.

To start a new discussion, click on New Post at the top of the page and follow the directions. You make up a Title, and then enter the message in the Post section. Click on one of the Categories on the right, and Save it or Submit for Review, which everyone has to do the first time.

To logout, click on My Account at the Top of the page.
