could not find a button to post anything. I’m confused.
But this is what I wanted to say…
The sermon today really hit my heart! I’ve been trying to express how I have been feeling lately, but I had not been able to find the words. Today, Pastor Cash said that we need to have a spiritual rest. And that was the word I was looking for! That’s what I have needed. More of a spiritual rest.
So my plan is to turn on praise and worship every day and just rest on the couch and listen or sing with the songs and think about resting in the presence of the Lord. And then to rest in the presence of the Lord while also working according to Hebrews chapter 4.

You did it! (you blogged here on this strange-operating site), Jennifer. Thanks for sharing that thought.
I hope you can find an hour somewhere to listen to that message by John Piper - I listened to a tape of it yesterday twice on the way and back from D.C., and just now realized, in reading your comment, that Pastor John’s message on Jonathan Edwards fits right in with what Pastor Cash was exhorting us to do.
I suppose it is because we are on Dial-up connection, that the video to teach me what a blog is and how to use it was not useful. Hearing one word out of 10 wasn’t helpful at all. If this gets anywhere, I will be surprised. Roy doesn’t type, so forget his trying to use it. Maybe someday he will dictate a message and I will type it. Til then, God bless and keep on keeping on.

I have the same problem with the links to the sermons or ebooks to download.
